Instructions and forms are in MS-Word, text, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. Get Acrobat Reader here if you don't have it.

Tables are in .dbf format, which is widely importable to other formats. However, programs provided here require that this original format is maintained or restored.

Programs are provided in versions compiled for Visual Foxpro (version 3.0).

If you don't own a copy of Foxpro and you would like to use our data entry, proofing, and summary programs, you will need to download the full install version of at least one of the programs (about 4.5MB). Instructions for using the full install version are available here.

Once you've downloaded the full-install version once, you don't need to do it again - simply choose the .exe version of any additional programs.

Tips for using this website

These pages are developed and tested primarily for use with Internet Explorer. There are some known glitches with Netscape, particularly older versions.

Netscape 4.X Users: Right-click links to programs or databases and choose "save link as."
