PRBO's Education Program offers field trips to PRBO's Palomarin Field Station to observe mist-netting and bird banding demonstrations.  Each year approximately 2,000 students participate in this program, giving them a chance to observe science in action!

Each field trip lasts approximately 1.5 hours.  Field trips are available April-November and are offered only in the mornings (before 11 am).  To schedule a school or community group field trip please call (707) 781-2555 ext. 302 or email Missy Wipf.
