PRBO's Education Program offers field trips to PRBO's Palomarin Field Station and other Marin County sites to observe mist-netting and bird banding demonstrations. Each year approximately 1,000 students participate in this program, providing them with the opportunity to observe science in action!
Field Trip Duration: Each trip lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Field Trip Availablity: Available throughout the school year but are offered only in the mornings (before 11 am). Please plan your trip in advance as our fall and spring field trip schedule fill up quickly.
