Terrestrial Ecology Division Goals

1.  Conduct research and monitoring programs to protect terrestrial birds and their habitats in the Western United States, Mexico, and Central America.

2.  Evaluate and promote land management and re-vegetation techniques to protect and enhance birds and their habitats.

3.  Provide training, field experience, educational activities and collaborative research opportunities for members, volunteers, students, land managers, and agency personnel.
